Welcome to the team Melissa!

In January, we also had the chance to welcome to our team a new Physical Therapy Assistant, Melissa Leon. We are so happy that she has joined us and we hope to see her flourish as a new member of our PTWC family.

JANUARY 2021

Welcome back for a new year at PTWC!

The team at PTWC welcomes you back for the new year with love and excitement!

We can't wait to see you back at the clinic!

Dr. Tischenko gets back in the classroom

On May 10th, Dr. Anna Tischenko got the wonderful opportunity to get back to teaching with a Virtual Neurology Review for the Nova University Physical Therapy Department.

She will also be taking back her position as adjunct professor of Neuroanatomy for the Florida International University Physical Therapy Department. Her class will consist of 63 physical therapy students, whom she hopes to see grow and excel in her classroom.

Training, Training, Training

Our team is happy to say that we have begun to complete monthly, in-house staff development and training with the entire PTeam. We have loved having the opportunity to continue to expand our education and communication. These development hours have also given us a chance to share ideas and brainstorm how we can help you to the best of our abilities.

We look forward to this amazing new opportunity, and we hope to increase our training whenever we are given the chance. After all, therapy is ever-evolving and we should be too.

Welcome to the team Morgan!

In January, our team welcomed our new clinical intern from the University of Miami, Morgan Jones. We look forward to working with her in these next few weeks, and cannot wait to see her growth!

Valentina and Morgan Graduate!

On May 13th,  Valentina Briceño and Morgan Jones graduated from the Florida International University Department of Physical Therapy with their Doctorate of Physical Therapy Degree! Valentina also had the amazing honor of being selected as the Award Ceremony Speaker.

We are so abundantly proud of both of them, and we are honored that we could be part of their journey to being a physical therapist. We cannot wait to see where they go!
