Gratitude Training in Miami and Pompano Beach, Florida

In April, Dr. Tischenko attended The Gratitude Training, a 9 day retreat that was both powerful and transformational. Dr. Tischenko described this training as "powerful as the Myofascial Release training in Sedona, but in a conference room with no view and words versus touch." As you all know she completely lost her voice from laughing so much and cheering on her group that consisted of 73 complete strangers.

Part 1 of the Gratitude Training is about self-discovery. In this 4-day training, Dr. Tischenko had an opportunity to become aware of both her effective and ineffective beliefs. Being able to distinguish these beliefs helped Dr. Tischenko experience a profound shift in the way she views herself, her results and her ability to take committed action on what matters to her most.

Part 2 of the Gratitude Training is about breakthrough. Dr. Tischenko had the opportunity to redesign any of her ineffective beliefs discovered in Part 1. Part 2 gave Dr. Tischenko the skills to reinvent her life using the most powerful transformational and educational tools available today.
