We provide every patient with one-on-one, evidence based treatment focusing on the person rather than his or her dysfunction. Our holistic approach to therapy focuses on your personal goals. Our highly trained staff of Florida Licensed Physical Therapists and Physical Therapist Assistant have over 55 years of combined experience with extensive continued education, post-graduate training and certifications.
Your first visit will consist of a comprehensive evaluation with one of our Florida Licensed Physical Therapists. With your help and the help of your physician, the PTeam will work together to come up with a plan of care that will help accomplish the goals we have set up for you.
Our center is equip with three private treatment rooms, a Pilates Studio with a clinical Reformer and Trapeze table; an open area and the classroom with 4 working stations. Our reception has an unique open concept that our patients like because they feel "at home"
With the combination of our one-on-one therapy sessions and the completion of your Home Exercise Program, we hope to get you back to not just functional levels, but normal levels.
Rehabilitative Plan of Care
Patients participating in a Rehabilitative Plan of Care (POC) require skilled intervention by a PT, DPT and/or PTA which is necessary to improve their current condition. Skilled intervention is necessary to increase current level of function, promote recovery, ensure safety, preserve quality of life and to return patient to their prior level of function. Patient's care is both medically necessary and requires the implementation, guidance and supervision of a skilled professional.
Maintenance Plan of Care
Patients participating in a Maintenance Plan of Care (POC) require skilled intervention by a PT, DPT and/or PTA which is necessary to maintain their current condition and/or to prevent a decline or deterioration; to maintain current level of function and to preserve quality of life. Patient's care is both medically necessary and requires the implementation, guidance and supervision of a skilled professional.
Direct Access Plan of Care
Patients seen under Direct Access are aware they will need a referral within 30 days from their initial visit to be seen under our Rehabilitative Program. Patients will be seen under Direct Access until they're able to see a primary care physician for pain management. Patients are aware that they need to been seen within 30 days. Due to Direct Access, Plan of Care is set only for 4 weeks; complex patients will most likely require skilled intervention beyond 4 weeks and will need a prescription.
