On April 29, Dr. Tischenko went to the Biltmore Golf Course to teach PTWC patron James McLean's golf team a thing or two about efficient movement. 

It was amazing to see these athletes better understand their body, and how movement can effect their game. Thank you to the Biltmore Golf Course and to James McLean for this amazing opportunity!

Dr. Monica Burns represented team USA in the ITU Worlds Triathlon in Spain on May 6, 2019.

Dr. Monica Burns participated in The Intimidator 70.3 in Clermont on March 17, 2020 in preparation for Worlds. She went on to win 3rd place in her age group. Congrats Monica!

Take your child to work day​

The PTWC Staff welcomed our Mini-Team to the office for "Take Your Child to Work Day" on February 1, 2019. Annabella, Isabella, Gabriella, and Beto were all in the office helping the PTeam and ATeam!

The end of our first Annual Toy Drive

We are beyond speechless at how many amazing gift we were able to donate to Nicklaus Children's Hospital.

We thank all of our patrons and the DDCES students who participated from the bottom of our hearts. The PTWC family has shown how huge their kindness is and we are so thankful that we were able to give back. 

PTWC Celebrates 16 Years!

On October 31, 2019 Physical Therapy and Wellness Center, Inc. turned 16! We started in 2003, and are so grateful for all of the continuous support and love from our patrons.

DECEMBER 2019

PTWC begins its first annual Toy Drive!

Though we are endlessly grateful for the gifts we receive from our generous patrons every year, we decided to shift the focus of our clinic onto a greater cause.

PTWC asked its patrons that instead of getting US any gifts, they instead donate a toy to our toy drive. 

The toys will be taken to Nicklaus Children's Hospital the week before Christmas, as gifts for any children who cannot spend the holiday's at home with their families. We hope that this becomes a new tradition that can fill both our teams hearts, and those of our patients.

Our PT Jarrod Lubbers leaves PTWC for his dream job working with the US Navy. We are so proud of him, and wish him all the best in his new endeavor.

Our Toy Drive flourishes

As word gets out about the PTWC Christmas Toy Drive, the students from Downtown Doral Charter Elementary School decide to join our efforts. The students decided to start their own toy drive at school, and then combine their toys with ours so that we can make a larger donation. 

A visit from a friend 

The clinic received an inservice from Tom Blaney to showcase OrthoSoles. 

Linda's goes on an adventure

Our PT Linda Carballo went on the adventure of a lifetime to Everest Base Camp on March 20, 2019.

PTWC gets an upgrade

The clinic was decorated with new decals detailing our motto's, philosophies, practices, and even a poem by our very own patron Shirley Seligman.
